We smoke our Briskets Texas style in a large offset Smoker using red oak wood. Each brisket is smoked for about 12 hrs for a delicious smoky bark then rested to lock in juices and flavor.

We smoke our Pork butts Texas style in a large offset Smoker using red oak wood. Each pork butt is smoked for about 10 - 12 hrs for a delicious smoky bark then rested to lock in juices and flavor.

We smoke our Tritips in a large offset Smoker using red oak wood. Each tritip is smoked for about 45 min for a delicious smoky flavor then seared to perfection on a wood fire Santa Maria Grill to lock in juices with a delicious char.
